Helensvale Plaza Medical Centre is a private billing practice
Consultation and procedure fees apply to all patients 16 years of age and over.
Pension/Concession/Health Card holders, ATSI patients registered for CTG under our practice and DVA Gold Card patients will be bulk billed for basic consultations. Specialised consultations and procedures will incur a fee.
Skin checks, ante-and postnatal consultations, ear microsuction and ear syringing, cervical screening and contraceptive implants/removals will incur a fee for all patients irrespective of concession status.
Dietitian appointments will incur a fee irrespective of concession status.
All patients will be required to pay the full medical fee prior to the practice submitting the claim for your rebate to Medicare.
We will accept the bulk-billed rebate for most chronic disease management.
Recommended After Hours Service
Home visits and after hours care are available for regular patients who have a condition that prevents them from attending our practice. Visits will be at the discretion of the Patient’s doctor. Patients must be registered with our practice and be located within 10km of our practice. Patients are privately billed $50.00 for this service. After hours home visits can be organised by contacting 0487 373 388.
